Spring

Good sealing performance -The load provided by the H Series spring is directly through it's center line. The lip design of the seal is a full radius at the sealing interface, providing maximum load to the contact points to effect a tight seal. 

Static application-The helical spring design is intended for static application due to the high unit load.
 
Slow or infrequent dynamic conditions-lt can be used in very slow infrequent dynamic conditions when friction and wear are secondary coneerns to positive sealing.
 
Vacuum and cryogenic applications-The H Series spring produces evenly distributed load across each individual bend, reducing potential leak paths.

PTFE is the most suitable material for the seal. 

Special properties -This polymer has special properties due to its chemical structure, which generates almost universal chemical resistance.

Iow friction coefficient-PTFE has a low friction coefficient, which makes it predestined for use in dynamic applications. 

Used in cryogenic applications PTFE is also used in cryogenic applications . By admixing additives, the properties of PTFE can be modified and adapted to the respective application,
