This seal is a standard profile loaded U-cup with precision trimmed sealing lips.The symmetry of the seal makes it ideally suited for single-acting rod and piston applications .It is a squeeze seal with a symmetrical profile for use in either rod or piston applications.Under most conditions as the pressure rises, the sealing force increases and the O-ring ensures complete lip actuation.
