SEAL RING

As a U-ring (U-cup), CS01-P is a lip seal with an interference fit between the outer diameter and the groove bottom. It is wear-resistant, lip-shaped single-acting seal , It is made of CNC-machined polyurethane. It is equipped with a strong dynamic sealing lip and a large static lip contact area to ensure effective positioning in the groove.  The choice of different materials allows for a wide range of flexible applicability in temperature and media. ,

This profile has good extrusion resistance and is suitable for pressures up to 40 MPa, provided that the extrusion gap is adapted to the pressure level. Due to the elasticity of the polyurethane material, the U-cup can be easily installed in a closed groove.
