The wiper seal primarily functions as a scraper, preventing the ingress of contaminants such as dust, dirt, sand, and metal swarf into dynamic rod guidance systems. Its specialized design minimizes scoring, protects guidance components, and extends seal service life. The wiper ring is specifically designed to remove heavily adhering particles from the cylinder rod.

PPS PTFE fillers represent an advanced composite material that combines the unique properties of Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS) with the exceptional characteristics of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). PTFE fibers are uniformly dispersed within the PPS matrix. This synergy combines the strengths of both materials, yielding a composite with enhanced mechanical properties, excellent chemical
